ORDINANCE NO. 99 ,3CD
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-127
RESERVED PARKING AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 23-127 IN LIEU
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Section 23-127 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson', is hereby repealed in its entirety, and a new
Section 23-127 enacted in lieu thereof to read as follows :
Section 23-127 . Reserved Parking.
Levels A and B of the municipal parking garage and the
ground level of the new addition to the east of the main
garage, consisting in all of one hundred thirty-two spaces ,
may be used for private parking purposes on a monthly basis .
All spaces shall be subject to cancellation upon thirty ( 30)
days ' written notice.
The monthly parking fees for the reserved parking in
the municipal garage shall be as set out in Section 23-115 .1 of
All the Code of the City of Jefferson.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the day of its passage and approval.
