ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-96 (a)
and (b) TAXICAB STANDS AND LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Section 23-96 (a) of the Code of the City
of Jetterson, is hereby amended by repealing the following:
MISSOURI PACIFIC DEPOT. The north shoulder of State
Street , between points thirty-seven and one hundred
forty-six feet west of the extended west curb of
State Street.
SECTION 2 . Section 23-96 (b) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson is hereby amended by repealing the following:
MISSOURIPACIFIC DEPOT.- The north half of State Street ,
west and within twenty-five feet of the west curb of
Monroe Street.
® SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
