AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-95(c)
LOADING ZONES-, DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, PASSENGER OR SPECIAL
LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Section 23-95 (c) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended by repealing the following:
MISSOURI PACIFIC DEPOT. On the north half of State
Street, between the west curb of Monroe Street and a
point twenty-two feet east of the east curb of Monroe
Street; provided, that the driver of any vehicle, other
than a taxicab, discharging or picking up passengers,
baggage or express at the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Depot may park in such area for fifteen minutes or less .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect :ro3� and after the date of its passage and approval.
