AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED TO THE NORTH AND WEST OF THE INTER-
SECTION OF SCOTT STATION ROAD AND NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE, FROM C-4
(PLANNED COMMERCIAL) TO RA-2 (MULTIPLE DWELLING) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate be
rezoned from C-4 (Planned Commercial) , to RA-2 (Multiple Dwell-
ing) , to-wit:
Part of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section
4 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jeffer-
son, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner
of the East Half of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of
said Section 4 ; thence N 86° 06 ' 41" E, along the Town-
ship Line, 676. 74 feet to the west line of Scott Station
Road; thence S 360 57 ' 05" E, along said west line, 515
feet; thence S 670 W, 265. 0 feet; thence S 170 45' E,
180 feet; thence S 6° 07 ' 41" E, 347. 09 feet to a point
on the South Line of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of
said Section 4; thence S 870 01 ' 47" W, along the Quarter
Section Line, 780 feet more or less , to the southwest
corner of the East Half of the Northwest Fractional Quarter
of said Section 4 , being the West Corporate Limits of
Jefferson City; thence north along said Line to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
