ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Section 23-79 of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
WEST ELM STREET, on the south side thereof, from the driveway
entrance at 611 West Elm Street east to Missouri Boulevard.
JEFFERSON STREET, on the west side thereof, extending a
distance of eighty feet from the southwest corner of
Atchison.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and-a ter the date of its passage and approval .
