December 13, 1988
7:00 p.m. at City Hall
Present were committee members Engen, Hormaechea, and McCarty.
Also present was Craig Jackson.
OLD BUSINESS
Minutes from November 7, 1988 will be approved during the January
10, 1989 meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
Craig Jackson will meet with engineer Lee Bean and discuss Bean's
proposal to write spects for construction of #3 fairway. Jackson will
emphasize the importance to start construction as early as possible in
the Spring of 1989.
Engen made a motion, and the committee approved the expenditure
of funds in order to proceed with bid spect calculations. Hormaechea
seconded, all were in favor.
The next meeting will be held on January 10, 1989 unless the
committee is notified otherwise by committee chairman, Hormaechea.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
