RESOLUTION APPROVING ~ RI~AL OF AIIX)fIOLIG
BEVERAGE GONTROL LIGI~ISE FOR lite 1998-1999
LIC~SE '£ERM - EXIT 12, INC.
W~, pursuant to an Act entitles, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages'', as amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the
Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of
New Jersey, an application has been made by EXIT 12, INC., A.B.C. License
No. 1201-33-061-006, for the Renewal of said License for the 1998-1999
License Term in due and proper form and has paid the necessary required
fees; and
WltfllFAS, said application has been reviewed and no objections have been
made for the renewal of said license.
NOW, TItI~RE, BE IT AND IT IS ItfllEBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that
a Plenary Retail Consumption License be granted and issued to EXIT 12,
INC., representative holder of A.B.C. LIC~I~SENO. 1201-33-061-006, with
renewal subject to fines and/or penalties which may be imposed in connec-
tion with charges pending against Exit 12, Inc. and verification of repre-
sentations made by the license holder with regards to the conditions of
the license.
BE IT FIR/THERRESOLVI~), that the Municipal Clerk be and is-hereby authorized
and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to the applicant in
accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, subject to
conditiona set regarding charges pending, having said A.B.C. Plenary Retail
License become effective July 1, 1998 and to expire June 30, 1999;
BE IT FURRItfR1RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of New
Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 29th day of JUNE~ 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JULY 1~ 1998.
