A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SCHOTTHILL WOODS SUBDIVISION, SECTION
ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS
HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schotthill Woods Corporation, Hubert E.
Fischer, President, and Elizabeth S. Fischer, Secretary,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the
Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, and part
of the North Half of the South Half of Section 21, Town-
ship 44 North, Range 11 West (sometimes known as part
of Private Survey No. 2440) , all in the City of Jefferson
County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described
as follows: From the Southwest corner of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
44 North, Range 11 West; thence N 40 16 ' 30" W, along
the Section Line, 525. 0 feet to the Northwest corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Cletus Bode by deed of record
in Book 134, page 364 , Cole County Recorder' s Office, and
the point of beginning for this description; thence con-
tinuing N 40 16 ' 30" W, along the Section Line,. 2150. 17
feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence N 82°
44' 53" E, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 517. 82
feet to the Southerly Line of U. S . Highway 50/63; thence
S 42° 34' 36" E, along said Southerly Line, 267. 05 feet;
thence S 470 56 ' 09" E, along said Southerly Line, 187. 89
.feet to the North Line of a tract of land conveyed to
Clara Jens by deed of record in Book 200, page 92 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence S 820 56' 27" W, along
the North Line of said Jens Tract, 93. 02 feet to the North-
west corner thereof; thence S 40 36 ' 49" E, along the
West Line of said Jens Tract, 137 . 85 feet to the south-
west corner thereof; thence N 841 14 ' 37" E, along the
Southerly Line of said Jens Tract, 220. 8 feet to the
Southerly Line of U. S. Highway 50/63; thence N 30 00 '
39" E, along said Southerly Line, 106. 4 feet; thence
Southeasterly along said Southerly Line on a curve to the
left, having a radius of 2989 . 93 feet, a distance of 271. 84
feet; thence S 251 51' 17" W, 503. 38 feet; thence S 15°
58 ' 02" W, 75. 96 feet; thence S 00° 03 ' 37" W, 210. 0 feet;
thence N 890 42 ' 34" E, 179 .70 feet; thence S 00° 17 ' 26" E,
60 feet; thence S 000 51 ' 58" W, 165. 0 feet; thence
S 660 40' 48" E, 180.44 feet; thence S 340 59 ' 16" E,
316.13 feet; thence S 13° 53 ' 14" E, 295. 55 feet; thence

00 ' 10" E, 235. 0 feet to the Quarter Quarter Section Line;
thence S 820 59 ' 50" W, along said Quarter Quarter Section Line
950. 99 feet to the Southeast corner of the aforementioned
Bode Tract; thence N 140 04 ' 13" W, along the Easterly line
of said Bode Tract, 528.42 feet to the Northeast corner
thereof; thence S 82° 59 ' 50" W, along the North line of
said Bode Tract, 410. 0 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 60. 89 acres. EXCEPT that part conveyed to the
City of Jefferson for street right-of-way as recorded in
Book 269 , page 562, and Book 269 , page 563, Cole County
Recorder' s Office.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Schotthill Woods Subdivision, Section
One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by. the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Schotthill Woods Subdivision,
Section One, lying, being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said
plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
