AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING RESTRICTIONS OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36 , OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY CHANGING THE RESTRICTIONS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1310 SWIFTS HIGHWAY, FROM PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) WITH USES RESTRICTED TO RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE, TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) . WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36 RELATING TO CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the restrictions on the following described real estate property be changed from PUD (Planned Unit Development) with uses restricted to restaurant and lounge, to PUD (Planned Unit Development) : Part of the West one-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, Am and more particularly described as follows: Be- RP ginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #15 of Swifts and Thompson Subdivision to the City of Jefferson, Missouri; thence S 50 00 ' E, along the quarter section line and the east line of said Lot #15, 532. 0 feet to the northerly line of Swifts Highway; thence N 87° 10 ' E, along the said northerly line of Swifts Highway, 503. 0 feet; thence N 50 00 ' W, parallel with the Quarter Section line, 547. 33 feet to the north line of Sec- tion 13, Township 44, Range 12; thence S 851 25 ' W, 503. 24 feet to the point of beginning.
