AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEF'FER.SON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING TFIE MAYOR AND
CLERK 70 OBTAIN SANITARY SEWER EASkME T AND TO EXECUi'E NECESSARY DOC[D'EN'I'S
CONNECTED THEFOVITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLIAWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are
hereby authorized to obtain the following permanent sanitary sewer easement
and the following temporary construction easement, and to execute any
documents necessary thereto:
a. The cost for obtaining the following easement shall not exceed
$2,868.58:
A strip of land 10 feet of even width across part of the Southeast Auarter of
Section 28 and across part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, all in
Township 45 North, Range 12 West, in the County of Cole, Missouri; the center-
line of said 10 foot strip being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of said Section 28; thence west along the Section Line,
1425.59 feet; thence N 130 27' 45" W, 94.97 feet; thence N 350 30' 24" W, 185.00
feet; thence N 340 19' 11" E, 335.21 feet; thence N 390 02' 28" E, 471.16 feet;
thence N 730 52' 37" E, 115.00 feet to Sta. 0+00 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 1"
Sta. 6+25.5 "Cole County R.S.D. Interceptor - Contract 1" and the point of
beginning for this description; thence S 790 52' 37" W, 115.00 feet; thence S 390
02' 28" W, 471.16 feet; thence S 340 19' 11" W, 335.21 feet; thence S 350 30' 24"
E, 185.00 feet; thence S 130 27' 45" E, 245.00 feet; thence S 250 28' 51" E,
200.00 feet; thence S 020 21' 24" W, 350.00 feet; thence S 120 11' 54" W, 383.00
feet; thence S 110 37' 27" E, 362.00 feet; thence S 390 56' 51" E, 540.00 feet to
Sta. 32+15 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 1"; thence S 320 23' 27" E, 265.93 feet
to a point on the West Line of the East Half of the East Half of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 33, said point being 1996.97 feet south of the Northwest
corner thereof and the point of termination of this description.
ALSO, a strip of land 10 feet of even width across part of the Northeast nuarter
of Section 33, Township 45 North, Range 12 West, in the County of Cole, Missouri;
the centerline of said 10 foot strip being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West Line of the East Half of the East Half of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 33, said point being 1595.24 feet south of the
Northwest corner thereof; thence S 430 58' 03" W, 244.86 feet to Sta. 32+15
"Schumate Chapel Interceptor 1" the point of termination for this description.
ALSO, a strip of land 10 feet of even width across a part of the Southeast Auarter
of Section 28, Township 45 North, Range 12 West in the County of Cole, Missouri,
the centerline of said 10 foot strip being mare particularly described as follows:
® Beginning at a point on the South Line of the Southeast (hurter of said Section
28, said point being 272.39 feet west of the Southeast corner thereof; thence N
310 26' 55" W, 368.32 feet to Sta. 4+97.00 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 2";
thence N 110 54' 11" E, 497.00 feet to Sta. 0+00 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 2"
Sta. 0+00 "Cole County R.S.D. Interceptor - Contract 111, the point of termina-
tion of this description.
Also, beginning at above mentioned Sta. 4+97.00 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 211;
thence S 810 11' 59" W, 191.40 feet to Sta. 1+91.40 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor
2, Line "A"; thence S 400 11' 59" W, 226.72 feet; thence S 120 11' 59" 1V, 294.65
feet; thence S 170 18' 01" E, 408.00 feet, to the point of termination of this
description.
Also, beginning at above mentioned Sta. 1+91.40 "Schumate Chapel Interceptor 2,
Line "A"; thence S 150 25' 25" E, 267.00 feet to the point of termination of this
description.
ALSO, an easement of an even width of 15 feet upon the land located immediately
adjacent to each side and extending the full length of the 10 foot strip(s) of
land described above, for the initial construction and installation of the afore-
mentioned sanitary sewer facilities; provided that this additional easement shall
expire and terminate upon completion of said sewer.
