AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 , OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PRO-
PERTY LOCATED WEST OF TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, EAST OF U. S . 54 AND ON
BOTH SIDES OF FLORA DRIVE, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) , RD (DUPLEX) ,
AND C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) , TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate be re-
zoned from RS-2 (single family) , RD (duplex) and C-2 (general
commercial) , to PUD (plan,�ed unit development) , to-wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township
44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of
Cole, Missouri; being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 13; thence S 860 34 ' 38" E along the Section Line,
992. 73 feet to the Southeast corner of a tract described in
Book 241, page 165, Cole County Recorder's Office, and the
point of beginning for this description; thence N 310 22 '
02" E along the East Line of said tract and along the East
Line of a tract described in Book 237 , page 697 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office, 939. 37 feet to the Northeast corner of the

thence easterly along the South Line of the easterly extension

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
