AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE 3100
BLOCK OF NORTH TEN MILE DRIVE, FROM RS-`l (SINGLE FAMILY) TO
C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate is
rezoned from RS-2 (single family) to C-1 (neighborhood commer-
cial) , to-wit:
Part of the northwest fractional quarter of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows: Beginning at the north-
'9 west corner of said Section 3; thence east along the
Section line, 1419 feet, more or less, to the northwest
corner of a tract of land described in Book 109, page
568, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence south along
the west line of said tract extended to the north line
of Ten Mile Drive and the beginning point of this descrip-
tion; thence west along the north line of the said Ten
Mile Drive, 500 feet; thence north parallel with the
west line of said tract extended, 300 feet; thence east
parallel with the south line hereof, 500 feet to the east
line hereof; thence south along the east line hereof,
300 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Con-
taining 3. 443 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
