A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PARTIAL REPLAT OF FOXSCOTT HILLS SUBDIVISON, SECTION
THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Joseph and
Dorothy J. Miloro, Jr. , Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Thomas
J. and Lola J. Parris, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, and James
E. and Mary Barrett, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the (buncil a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Replat of Lots Numbered 26, 27 , 28, 29 and Reserve Tract
Number 3 of Section 3, Foxscott Hill' s Subdivision, as
Alk contained in Plat Book 11, page 136, Cole County Recorder's
Office into the lots and tract as shown on this plat and
being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Town-
ship 44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri and being more particularly described
as follows: From the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence N 880
19' 00" W, along the North line of said Section 21, 33.54
feet; thence S 130 56' 00" E, 361.11 feet to the point of
beginning of this description; thence continuing S 131 56 '
00" E, 99. 47 feet; thence S 470 56' 00" E, 124.25 feet to
the Northerly line of Eastland Drive; thence along the said
Northerly R/W of Eastland Drive in a Southwesterly direction
on a curve to the left having a radius of 561. 01 feet, a
distance of 45. 05 feet; thence continuing along said R/W
S 420 04 ' 00" W, 325. 35 feet; thence continuing along said
R/W along a curve to the right having a radius of 891. 06
feet, a distance of 138. 38 feet; thence N 310 29 ' 00" W,
212. 66 feet; thence N 580 31 ' 00" E, 20. 0 feet; thence
N 45° 30' 00" F, 309. 03 feet; thence N 190 35 ' 14" E,
113. 32 feet; thence N 630 50' 18" E, 76. 74 feet to the
point of beginning of this description. Containing 2. 307
acres, more or less. Bearings are magnetic.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
® known and referred to as Partial Replat of Foxscott Hills Subdivi-
sion, Section Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Partial Replat of Foxscott Hills Sub-
division, Section Three, lying, being and situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown
by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
