AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-92 (a) , RESERVED PARKING AREAS,
GENERALLY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-92 (a) of the Code of the City of Jefferson, is
hereby amended by repealing subparagraph 4 and enacting a new subparagraph
4 in lieu thereof, to read as follows:
(4) COMMERCIAL BUSES -
ADAMS STREET , on the west side of the four hundred block thereof,
extending from the alley south to Miller Street; provided, such vehicles
may park in this area while loading and unloading passengers.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
