ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 (a) PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
PLAZA DRIVE, the north side thereof, extending between Commerce
Drive and Metro Drive.
METRO DRIVE, on the east side thereof.
BERRY STREET, the east side thereof, extending between High Street
and McCarty Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
