WINORDINANCE NO. 9 qq
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 (a) PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the code of the City of Jefferson, is
hereby amended by the addition of the following:
MCCARTY STREET, a distance of fifty-four feet west of the west
curb of Adams Street along the south curb.
MCCARTY STREET, a distance of thirty feet east of the east curb
of Adams Street along the south curb.
ADAMS STREET, a distance of thirty feet south of the south curb
of McCarty Street along the east and west curb.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
