AN ORDINANCE REGULATING MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON', MISSOU Is
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicl
being operated in a westerly direction on Elm Street to fail to yie d the-
right of way at the intersection formed by Elm Street, Bolivar Stre t and
St. Mary' s Boulevard to motor vehicles being operated south on
Bolivar Street and east on St. Mary' s Boulevard before entering sai
intersection formed by said three streets if the motor vehicles bei g
operated south on Bolivar Street and/or east on St. Mary' s Boulevar
are so close to the intersection formed by Elm Streets Bolivar Stre t
and St. Mary' s Boulevard as to constitute a danger and hazard of a
collision with a' motor vehicle being oper4ted west on Elm Street if
the . operator of said vehicle on Elm Street failed to so yield the
right of way.
SECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance sha I
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and
after its passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 7006
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE STREET
OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU11,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawfulfor the operator of a motor vehicle
to permit the same to be parked within any of the areas hereinafter
designated on the following specifically named streets within
Jefferson City:
(5) At the west curb of Jefferson. Street within a -distance o
forty eight (48) feet north of the north curb of High Street
(10) At the east curb of Jefferson Street within a. distance
of forty seven (47) feet north of the north curb of High Street.
(15) At the west curb of Jefferson Street within a distance
of fifty (50) feet south of the south curb of High Street
(20)At the east curb of Jefferson Street within a *�istance
of seventy six (76) feet south of the south curb of High Street.
