(90) At the west curb of Monroe Street within a distance of
sixty eight (68) feet north. of the north curb of McCarty Street.
SECTION 2. With respect to the "no parking zone" areas created and
the terms of the preceding section of this ordinance, the Street
Commissioner of the city shall take immediate steps to (1) remove
all existing parking meters, (2) obliterate all white parking space
( boundary lines in the streets, and (3) advise the public of the exifi-
tence of said "no parking zone" areas by erecting proper signs or
by painting the curb in said "no parking zone" areas with yellow
paint upon which the phrase "no parking" shall be stencilled with
black paint.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are, and they are hereby, repealed.
, SECTION 4. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of' a misdemeanor.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval and the performance by the Stree .
Commissioner of the duties prescribed by Section 2 of this ordinanc, .

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANIE
NO. 6976 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF:
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE
OTS OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF
OUGH PARK STREET FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF KOLB DRIVE SOUTH
580 FEET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
HE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING WITH CEMENT MATERIAL AND PAVING;

ECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost��
