SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of Hough Park Street from the north Right-of-way line of
Kolb Drive south 1580 feet, and the number of front feet owned
by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of
land so owned and abutting said block or street between the afore-
said streets and the cost price per front foot for said improvement
and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for said
improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abuttin
said Hough Park Street from the north right-of-way line of Kolb
Drive, south 1580 feet.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor Hunter Bros.
Construction Co. for the within mentioned work in accordance with t e
ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kin
of work and in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard t
aid work.
( SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from aid
( after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
