AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SALARIES AND COMPENSATION OF THE CI
ATTORNEY, CITY CLERK, CITY ENGINEER AND FIRE CHIEF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIIO
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Compensation of Officials. Hereafter the following
officials of the City of Jefferson City, Missouri shall receive the
following compensation for the performance of their duties, and as
specifically mentioned herein, the following amounts as expense
accounts to defray expenses incurred by them in the performance of
their official duties:
(a) The City Attorney shall receive the sum
of three hundred twenty five ($325.00) Dollars per month
as his salary. In addition thereto, the City Attorney
shall receive the sum of one Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
per month as a expense account to defray his office
expenses.
(b) The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars per month.
(c) The City Engineer shall receive the sum
of Six Hundred Fifty ($650 .00) Dollars per month. In
addition thereto, the City Engineer shall receive the
sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per month as an
expense account.
(d) The Fire Chief shall receive the sum of
Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars per month.
SECTION 2. Repeal Clause. Subparagraph (c) of Section 2 and
subparagraphs (a) , (c) and (t) of Section 3 of ordinance No. 6909
are, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval and payment of the salaries and
expense accounts provided in Section 1 of this ordinance are
authorized and directed from the first day of December,, 1960/

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF
TWO HUNDRZOr..,TWENTY FTVE,u(225.00.) -DOLLARS?2O."'HARG -0 BAKER AS DEPUTY
CITY CLERK FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU 1,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a City Warrant in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Five
($225.00) Dollars in favor of Harold Baker for services to be
performed by the payee as a Deputy City Clerk during the month of
December, 1960.
