ORDINANCE NO. 7017
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE STREET
OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUII,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle
to permit the same to be parked on the east side of Monroe Street
between the intersection of Monroe Street with Dunklin Street and t e
intersection of Monroe Street with Hickory Street.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the west side of Monroe
Street between the intersection of Monroe Street with Miller Street
and the intersection of Monroe Street with Dunklin Street.
SECTION 3. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from aid
after its passage and approval.
