BE IT ORDAINED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI9 AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (20) of Section 65 of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, restricting the parking of moto
vehicles on the north side of Capitol Avenue between two points located
fourteen (14) feet and fifty four (54) feet west of the west curb
of Adams Street be,, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. Subsection (40) of Section 71 of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, restricting the parking of motor
vehicles on ,the east side of Monroe Street between two points located
forty five (45) feet and seventy (70) feet south of the south curb
of Capitol Avenue be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
