AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A STREETSCAPE FIRE FEATURE
FOR THE ARTS DISTRICT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
Construction of a Streetscape Fire Feature for the Arts District; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract docmnents and to advertise
for receipt of bids based upon the same for the Construction of a
Streetscape Fire Feature for the Arts District.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and
CME Associates.
Adopted this 8" day of July, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 9, 2021.
