)N ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN THE NAME
F THE CITY, A WARRANTY DEED FROM LEONARD E. FISCHER AND CLARA L.
IICHER, HIS WIFE, TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND TO PAY THE SUM OF
WENTY FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00) DOLLARS TO LEONARD E. FISHER AND
LARA L. FISCHER AS THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID LAND.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO I0
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
issouri, are hereby authorized and directed,: for and in the name
of the city, to accept a Warranty Deed for certain land within
!laid City.
ECTION 2. Said land is described as follows:
A tract of land lying, being and situate in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 24,•
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the Leonard
E. Fischer property, at centerline Station 3518 of a
proposed 80 foot roadway; thence south along the east
line of said Fischer tract, 40 feet, to the beginning
point of this description; thence continuing south along
the east line of said Fischer tract, 57 feet, to the
northerly line of the Tanner Bridge Road; thence south-
westerly along the northerly line of said Tanner Bridge
Road, 100 feet ; thence north parallel with the east line
of the said Fischer tract, to the southerly line of the
said proposed 80 foot roadway; thence southeasterly
along the southerly line of said proposed roadway, to
the beginning point of this description.
All Stations mentioned in description are as
designated on Jefferson City circumferential route
(Southwest Boulevard Extension) plans on record in
Plat Book Page , Cole County Recorder' s
Office.
SECTION 3. U-)on delivery to the City Clerk of a Warranty Deed to
the above described land, the City Clerk shall issue a warrant on
the treasury of the City in the amount of Twenty Five Hundred
($2,500.00) Dollars, payable to Leonard E. Fischer and Clara L.
Fischer as the purchase price for said real estate.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
hand after its passage and approval.
