ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN THE NAME OF
E CITY, A DEED OF. RIGHT OF WAY FOR A PUBLIC ROAD FROM LEONARD E.
ISCHER AND CLARA L. FISCHER, HIS WIFE, TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ANE
PAY THE SUM OF ELEVEN HUNDRED ($1,100.00) DOLLARS TO LEONARD E.
I CHER AND CLAM L. FISCHER AS THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID RIGHT OF

E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. - The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
ssouri, are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name of
he City, to accept a Deed of Right ,of Way for a Public Road for
ertain land within. said City.
ECTION 2. Said land is described as follows:
A tract of land lying, being and situate in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of ,land 80 feet wide, for road purposes,
being A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, the centerline of
said 80 foot strip, more particularly described as
follows:
From the southeast corner of the Northwest quarter
of the. Northeast quarter of said Section 24, Township 44
North, Range . 12 West; thence west along the quarter
quarter section line, 352.5 feet; thence north along the
west line of the said Fischer property, 160 feet, to
centerline Station 29490, and the .beginning point of
this description; thence along a curve to the left (said
curve having a radius of 1432.69 feet) , 30.53 feet, to
Station 3020.53; thence South 72 degrees 14 minutes
east, 82.36 feet, to Station 3102.89 ; thence along a
curve to the left (said curve having a radius of
2864.93 feet) , 415. 11 feet, to Station 35418 .
All bearings are based on the bearings as established
by Missouri State Highway Department plans for U.S.
Highway #54 South.
All stations mentioned in description are as
des*gnated on Jefferson City circumferential route
(Southwest Boulevard Extension) plans on record in
Plat Book Page Cole County Recorder's
Office.
ECTION 3. Upon delivery to the City Clerk of a Deed of Right of
WAY for a Public Road to the above described land, the City Clerk
all issue a warrant on the treasury of the City of Jefferson City,
