Baker, Jr: /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7029 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLER 1OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN THE NAME ( OF THE CITY, A WARRANTY DEED FROM S. W. O' BRIEN AND FRANCES M. O'BRIEN, HIS WIFE, TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND TO PAY THE SUM OF SIXTEEN HUNDRED ($1,600.00) DOLLARS TO S.W. O' BRIEN AND FRANCES M. O' BRIEN AS THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to accept a Warranty Deed for certain land within sai City. SECTION 2. Said land is described as follows: A tract of land lying, being and situate in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows; A parcel of land being a part of the east one half of the northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 24, . Township 44 North, Range 12 West, thence north along the quarter section line a distance of 69 feet to centerline station 3351; thence in a southeasterly direction and on a curve to the left (said curve having a radius of 2864.93 feet) a� istance of 167 feet to centerline of 167 feet to centerline station 3518, thence in a southerly direction along and with the westerly property line of the S.W.
