Plat Book Page Cole County Recorder' s Office.
SECTION 3. Upon delivery to the City Clerk of a Warranty Deed to
the above described land, the City Clerk shall issue a warrant on
the treasury of the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, in the amount ;;
of Sixteen Hundred ($1,600.00) Dollars in favor of S.W. O' Brien and !;
Frances M. O' Brien as the purchase price and in payment of said
land.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from 11

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK ,
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN THE NAME
F THE CITY, A DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR A PUBLIC ROAD FROM S.W.
'BRIEN AND FRANCES M. O' BRIEN AS THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SAID RIGHT ��

E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
,AS FOLLOWS:
IIECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
ssouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name 11
f the City, to accept a Deed of Right of Way for a Public Road for ;;
ertain land within said City.
'ECTION 2. Said land is described as follows:
A tract of land lying, being and situate in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly (!
described as follows:
A strip of land eighty (80) feet wide, as a right of way
for public road purposes, being a part of the east one
half of the northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, the centerline ;
of said 80 foot strip more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter

Range 12 West, thence north along the quarter section line
a distance of 57 .0 feet ; thence south 72 degrees 14 minutes
east, 4.5 feet; thence south 82 degrees 27 minutes east
a distance of 474.30 feet to the beginning point of this I�

station 3831.91 of a proposed 80 foot roadway) ; thence
