Beginning at centerline station 37f34 of a proposed
80 foot road, thence North 7 degrees 33 minutes East a
distance of 40 feet to the Northerly right of way of
said road and the beginning point of this description;
thence North 76 degrees 33 minutes East a distance of
38 feet more or less to the intersection with the
Westerly right of way line of Tanner Bridge Road; thence
in a southwesterly direction along and with said right o
way line of Tanner Bridge Road to the intersection with
the Northerly right of way line of the proposed 80 foot
road; thence 82 degrees 27 minutes West along and with the
northerly right of way line of the proposed 80 foot road
to the point of beginning.
All bearings are based on the bearings as established
by Missouri State Highway Department plans for U. S.
Highway #54 South.

Boulevard Extension) plans on record in Plat Book

SECTION 3. Upon delivery to the City Clerk of said Deed of Right
of Way for a Public Road to the above described land, the City Cler
shall issue a warrant on the treasury of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, in favor of S.W. O' Brien and Frances M. O' Brien in the
amount of One ($1.00)Dollar in consideration for said right of way.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.

ECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
ssouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of
he City, to accept a Deed of Right of Way for a Public Road for
ertain land within said City..
ECTION 2. Said land is described as follows:
A tract of land lying, being and situate in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land 80 feet wide, being a part of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter and part of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 44,
Range 12, the centerline of said 80 foot strip particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quqrter of Section 24, Township 44, Range
12; thence west along the section line, 224.6 feet to the
easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway #54; thence
southwesterly along and with said easterly right of way
line of Highway #54, 452.3 feet; thence South 31 degrees
24 minutes east to Station 1502.61; thence along a curve
to the left (said curve having a radius of 383.07 feetO, to
Station 18481.7; thence South 88 degrees 06 minutes east
to Station 1885.0, and the beginning point of this
description; thence continuing South 88 degrees 06 minutes
east to Station 19489 .25; thence along a curve to the right
(said curve having a radius of 573.69 feet) , to Station 2V
53.05; thence South 51 degrees 46 minutes east to Station
2508:86; thence along a curve to the left (said curve having
