Baker, Jr. /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7032 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING ORABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF THE NORTH SIDE OF MILLER STREET FROM MADISON TO JEFFERSON STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING, CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH ASPHALT MACADAM, 3 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ord.inan e against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of the North side of Miller Street from Madison liStreet to Jefferson Street in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway Miller Street aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement side walk, the sum 6f $766.90 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Miller Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to 418 . 75, running feet; the cost price per running foot is $1.8314029 . SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway of Miller Street there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $1.8314029 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Miller street between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Miller Street.
