ISECTION 8 . The first installment for the tax provided for herein

ORDINANCE NO. 7038
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5985 (BEING
SECTION 405 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
1956) WHICH ESTABLISHED VOTING PRECINCTS IN EACH OF THE FIVE (5)
WARDS OF JEFFERSON CITY, DEFINING AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF
EACH PRECINCT, AND ENACTING A NEW. ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME
SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 5985 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, (being Section 405 of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, 1956) establishing voting precincts in
each of the five (5) wards of Jefferson City and defining and
describing the boundaries of said Precincts be, and the same is
thereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby enacted a new Section to be known as
Section 10 of 0 dinance No. 5985 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
and as Section �05 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jeffers n,
1956, which establishes the voting precincts in each of the five (5
wards of Jefferson City, defining and designating the boundaries
of said precincts. Said section shall read, in words and figures,
as follows:
�!7Section 405. Voting precincts. --There are hereby established
voting precincts in each of the wards of this city which precincts.
are hereby designated and described by boundaries as follows:
FIRST WARD
1st Precinct:
North -- center line of Missouri River.
West -- center line of Marshall Street.
South -- center line of Miller Street.
East -- center line of Cherry Street and extension thereof.
2nd Precinct:
North -- center line of Missouri River.
West- Center !G;—o and extension thereof.
South center line of Miller Street.
East center line of Clark Avenue to the center line of McCarty
Street; center line of McCarty Street to center line of -
Benton Street; center line of Benton Street to center line
of High Street; center line of High Street to center line o
Dawson Street; thence along and with the center line of
Dawson Street and an extension thereof to the north line of
Capitol Avenue; thence along the east line of outlots 44,
47, 48 and 50 to the center line of Missouri River.

Street; center line of McCarty Street to center line of
Benton Street; center line of Benton Street to center line
of High Street; center line of High Street to center line
of Dawson Street; thence along and with the center line
of Dawson Street and an extension thereof to the north line of

center line of the Bagnell Branch Line with the center lima
of Dix Road) ; thence northerly along and with the center
line of said extension of Forest Hill and the center line
of Forest Hill to the center line of Marilyn Drive; thence
along the center line of Marilyn Drive to the center line Df
Lowell Drive; thence along the center line of Lowell Drive
to the center line of Boonville Road; thence along the
center line of Boonville Road to the westerly city
limits line; thence along the westerly city limits line t
