ORDINANCE NO. 7039
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE CI
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked at the north curb of
High Street between two (2) points located sixty-six (66) feet and
ninety-one (91) feet east of the east curb of Cherry Street for a
period of time in excess of one (1) minute.
SECTION 2. The above described restricted parking area shall be
used only for the purpose of depositing mail in the United States
Post Office mail box located immediately to the north of the curb.
