E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR S S FOLLOWS: !3ECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle :o permit the same to be parked on the nath side of High Street )wtween the east curb of Bolivar Street and a point 50 feet east f the east curb of Bolivar Street. IECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle o permit the same to be parked on the north side of High Street etween the west curb of Bolivar Street and a point 72 feet west of he west curb of Bolivar Street. ECTION 3. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance shall be leemed guilty of a misdemeanor. I ')ECTION 4. Baker, Jr. Isl ity Clerk RDINANCE NO. 7043 ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5933 (BEING SECTIO 3 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY,, MISSOURI , 956) AND ORDINANCE NO. 6969 OF THECITY OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, tRESCRIBING THE LIMIT OF TIME THAT MOTOR VEHICLES MAY BE LAWFULLY ARKED WITHIN ON-STREET PARKING METER ZONES, AND ENACTING A NEW RDINANCE RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. [EE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR E S FOLLOWS: S ECTION 1. Section 9 of Ordinance 5933 (being Section 43 of the evised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson City, Missouri, 1956) an dinance No. 6969 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, prescribing :he time lint for the parking of motor vehicles within on-street )arking meter zones be, and the same is hereby, repealed. ECTION 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be known as ection 9 of Ordinance No. 5933 of the City of Jefferson (and also Oo be known' as Section 43 of the Revised Ordinances of the ity of Jefferson, 1956) that establishes and prescribes a limitatiop n the time that a motor vehicle may be parked within various on-str et arking meter zones and establishes the fee to be paid by the person perating and parking said motor vehicle in said parking meter zones, Said ordinance shall read in words and figures as follows: �( "Section 43. Parkin Limitation of parking meters. time. Cost of parking. All of the on-street parking meter spaces within the city located within the parking meter zones established by ordinance shall be limited in the amount of time said spaces may be used by any person parking a motor vehicle therein to the period of time hereinafter prescribed upon the deposit by the person parking said motor vehicle of the sum of money within ;� the parking meter regulating the use of said parking 11 meter space as is hereinafter prescribed: A. All parking meter spaces located within Parking f Meter Zone "A!' shall be used only for twelve (12) ' minute parking. The parking meters opposite said spaces shall be twelve (12) minute meters, and the person parking said motor vehicle in said parking meter spaces M shall deposit the sum of one (.01�) cent in the meter regulating the use of said space upon parking the motor vehicle. B. All parking meter spaces located within Parking Meter Zones "E" and "H" shall be used only for thirty (30) minute parking. The parking meters opposite said spaces shall be thirty (30) minute meters, and the person parking said motor vehicle in said parking -meter spaces shall deposit the sum of five (.054,%) cents in the meter regulating the use of said space upon parking the motor vehicle. C. All parking meter spaces located within Parking Meter Zones "C", "F" and "I" shall be used for one (1) hour parking. The parking meters opposite said spaces shall be sixty (60) minute meters, and the person parking i� said motor vehicle in said parking meter spaces shall deposit the sum of five (.05�) cents in the meter regulating the use of said space upon parking the motor vehicle. 11 D. All parking meter spaces located within Parking Meter Zones "B': , "D", "G" and "J" shall be used for one (1) hour or two (2) hour parking. The parking meters opposite said spaces shall be sixty (60) minute and one i hundred twenty (120) minute meters, and the person parking a motor vehicle in said parking meter spaces shall deposit the sum of five (.05�.) cents to park -said vehicle one hour and the sum of ten (.10t) cents to park said vehicle two hours in the meter regulating the use of said space upon parking the motor vehicle. 9. All parking meter spaces located within Parking Meter Zone "V shall be used for two (2) hour parking. The parking meters opposite said spaces shall be two (2) hour meters, and the person parking a motor vehicle in said parking meter spaces shall deposit the sum of five (.05�.) cents to park said vehicle one hour in the meter regulating the use of said space upon parking said motor vehicle. F.
