Baker Jr. /s/ ity Clerk RDINANCE NO. 7045 ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5910 (SECTION 038 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1956) ERTAINING TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE AIRPORT COMMISSION AND ENACTING NEW ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR , FOLLOWS: ECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5910 (Section 1038 of the evised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, 1956) pertaining to the embership of the Airport Commission be, and it is hereby, repealed. ` ECTION 2. There is hereby enacted an Ordinance pertaining to the ame subject and said Ordinance shall be known as Section 1 of rdinance No. 5910 and Section 1038 of the Revised Ordinances of the .- ity of Jefferson, 1956, and said Ordinance shall read, in words and igures, as follows: Section 1038. Airport commission. --There is hereby created an airport commission which shall consist of nine (9) members. Five of the members of the commission shall consist of the members of the airport committee of the city council. Four of the members shall be from the residents of the city. The nine members shall be appointed at the first meeting of the city council held after thcity election of each year by the mayor with the concurrence of the city council. "The mayor shall designate one of the members of the commission as its chairman. The commission shall designate a member as secretary. The commission shall meet at least once a month at a time and place to be designated by a majority of its members. The commission shall also meet upon the call of the mayor at the time and place designated by him. (5910-1)"
