BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The public alley connecting Jefferson Street and Madison Street, which alley is bounded on the north by Inlots numbered 704, 705, 706 and 707 and on the south by Inlots numbered 7089 7099 710 and 711, is now named and shall be hereafter known as Central Court. Baker, Jr. /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7047 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED ON BEHALF -OF SAID CITY TO CERTAIN REAL ESTATE WITHIN SAID CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A WARRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND ($1,000000) DOLLARS, PAYABLE TO DORA HELEN BINNEY AND CHARLES BINNEY, HER HUSBAND, AND THE CAPITAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO RI AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereb authorized and directed to accept a Warranty Deed on behalf of sai city to certain real estate lying within said city. SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby directed to issue a warrant in the amount of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, payable to Dora Helen Binney and Charles Binney, her husband, and the Capital Savings and Loan Association. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mail said warrant to Dora Helen Binney and Charles Binney, 5468 Kingshighway, St. Louis Missouri. SECTION 4.- This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
