City Treasurer �RDINANCE NO. 7052 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO: 7034 AND ENACTING IN LIEU 1HEREOF AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN EWER DISTRICT NO. 1000 E IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUIRI AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , ereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer Distric (�To. 100, as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay and that the said district sewer by connected with and into l.he present sewer at Station 7 plus 95. SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at 'Station 7 plus 95 of an existing sewer in the south side of Livingston Street, between �astle Street and Meier Street; thence easterly along the southerly ide of Livingston Street 97.35 feet; thence turning an angle of 85 �egrees 50 minutes to the left 215.37 feet; thence turning an angle f 85 degrees 19 minutes to the right 115.48 feet; thence turning an angle of 84 degrees 56 minutes to the. left. 78.97 feet; thence �urning an angle of 89 degrees 48 minutes to the right, 132.40 feet. PECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as �rovided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed ewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and Specifications of the City Engineer. �ECTION 4.
