AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX AGAINST EACH LOT !�
OR PIECE OF GROUND LYING BETWEEN AND SITUATE WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 50 "0' IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, IN TH9
NAME OF THE OWNER OR OWNERS THEREOF FOR CONSTRUCTING AND COMPLETING !
SEWERS THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS: ;I
SECTION 1. It appearing from the written report of the City Engine�'r,
the officer in charge of the work of construction and completing !�
sewers, in Sewer District No. 50 "G" , in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, heretofore submitted by said officer to the City Council 8nd
approved and filed by it on this 6th day of March, 1961, at a IIL
regular meeting of the City Council held on this date, that the total
st of construction and completing of said sewer as constructed, 1,
amounts to the sum of $4,794.98, and it further appearing that saidil
report of said officer did approtion said costs against the several �j
lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District No. 50 "U' , exclusive
of streets in proportion to the area of the whole of said District
No. 50 "G" exclusive of the public highways, and it further appeari g
that the total number of square feet contained in the aggregate nuwl��er
of lots and pieces of ground situated in the said Sewer District
No. 50 "G" , exclusive of the public highways therein amounts to
120,096 square feet. And it further appearing from the said report .
that on proper apportionment of said costs such lots or pieces of (�
round in said Sewer District No. 50 "01 , so situated, each square
foot of gound contained in said lots or pieces of ground in said
Sewer District No. 50 "g' is chargeable with the sum of $0.039926229
per square foot.
ow, therefore, for the purpose of paying for the work of
nd completion of sewers in said Sewer District No. 50 G!' together
with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins, manholes, and
Other necessary appurtenances thereto appertaining, there is herebyj�

lots or pieces of ground within the bounds of said Sewer District l�
o. 50 "G" , situated in the name of the respective name of the �)
wner or owners of said lots or pieces of ground, a special tax at !
he rate of $0.039926225 per square foot for each and every square
oot of ground so situated as aforesaid. I
ECTION 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned and
eferred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance, against which a special
ax bill is specified in Section 1 of this ordinance is levied and
ssessed and the same is hereby levied and assessed and the descript on
