APPOINTING ANTHONY NEIBERT AS PROVISIONAL
CONSTRUCTION OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Construction Official in the Building Department
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make an appointment to said
position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby appoint
ANTHONY NEIBERT
to the position of Provisional Construction Official, effective July I, 1998.
Adopted this 29th day of June, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 30, 1998.
