SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

0 ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON STREETS
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., MISSOUP1,
NS FOLLOWS:
ECTION 10 It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
ehicle to permit the same to be parked within the specifically
designated areas on the following named streets:
(A) On the south side of High Street between the east
curb of Broadway and a point located fifty (50) feet
east thereof on High Street.
(B) On the north side of High Street between the east curb
of Broadway and a point located one hundred (100) feet
east thereof on High Street.
SECTION 2. , Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall e deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
