ORDINANCE NO. 7055
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUS ZONES WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, !�
ISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU '10
S FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described portions of the following named
streets are hereby established as bus zones for the local intra
city bus line:
(A) The south side of High Street between the. west
curb of Broadway and a point located fifty (50)
feet west thereof on High Street.
(B) The north side of High Street between the west
curb of Broadway and a point located fifty (50) feet
west thereof on High Street.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle
to permit the same to be parked within the areas described in
Section 1 above; provided however, that the provisions of Section 1
above shall not apply to the operators of basses of the local intra
ity bus company when using said bus zones for the pick up and disco rge
f passengers. (�
ECTION 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance sha
e deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from

ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBPARAGRAPH (5) OF PARAGRAPH 2 OF SUBPARAGRA H
OF SECTION 58 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, 1956, AUTHORIZING THE ANGLE PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES AT THE
AST CURB OF BROADWAY BETWEEN MAIN STREET AND HIGH STREET,
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. Subparagraph (5) of Paragraph 2 of Subparagraph A of
ection 58 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson,
ssouri, 1956, authorizing the parking of motor vehicles at an
ngle at the east curb of Broadway Street between Main Street and
igh Street by, and the same is hereby, repealed. j
ECT ION 2 This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
