and Curator of the Estate of Mary Anna Zehendner, an incom etent, in
the examination and approval of all papers executed and
submitted to the Probate Court of Cole County, Missouri,
in connection with the Petition to convey said deed of
right of way and construction easement necessary for the
extension, construction and improvement of Southwest
Boulevard.
ECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

N ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO ISSUE AND EXECUTE A WARRANT
N THE TREASURY OF SAID CITY IN FAVOR OF HERMAN KEMNA AND HILDA
MNA IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED ($400.00) DOLLARS UPON THE
XECUTION AND DELIVERY TO SAID CITY OF A COMPLETE AND FULL RELEASE

E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
S FOLLOWS:
ECTION 1. The "Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
'ssouri, are hereby authorized and directed to issue and execute
warrant on the treasury of said City in favor of Herman Kemna and 11
ilda Kemna in the sum of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars upon the
xecution and delivery by the said Herman Kemna and Hllda Kemna to
he City Engineer of said City of a full and complete release in
avor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
ECTION 2. Said release shall read in words and figures as follows: `
