Baker, Jr. /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7066 ,AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF COLE DRIVE, FROM THE SOUTHERLY GUTTER LINE OF ALLEN DRIVE, SOUTHERLY AND EASTERLY 1150 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY GUTTER LINE OF HAYSELTON DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOLP I, AS FOLLOWS: a (SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Cole Drive, from the iISoutherly gutter line of Allen Drive southerly and easterly, 1150 feet, to the northerly gutter line of Hayselton Drive, be and hereb is established as follows: Beginning at the Southerly gutter line of Allen Drive and the centerline of Cole Drive, where the elevatio of the grade is 194.50; thence 85.2 feet on a uniform grado where the elevation of the grade shall be 192.80; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 193.80; thl nc 50 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall bill 195.80; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 197 .55; thence 100 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 197 .05; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 193.55; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grad shall be 189 .30 ; thence 143 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 188 .52; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 182. 14; thence 167 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the ; grade shall be 162. 10; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where (the elevation of the grade be 157.05; thence 4.8 feet on a uniform '+grade, to the northerly gutter line of Hayselton Drive, where the lielevation of the grade is 157 . 14. } SECTION 2.
