AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A PLAT CONSTITUTING A REPLAT OF
PART OF LOT 4 OF BLOCK 3, ALL OF LOTS 5 AND 6 OF BLOCK 39 AND A
ART OF LOT 7 OF BLOCK 3 OF WEST HILLS SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT OF
CORD IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 53, OFFICE OF RECORDER OF DEEDS, COLE
OUNTY, MISSOURI.
ERE-AS, there. exists of record in Book 5 at Page 53 of the Plat
ooks located in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, in Cole county
issouri, a plat of West Hills Subdivision in the City of Jefferson,I
issouri, and
ereas Robert H. Livingston and Dorothy L. Livingston, husband and
ife, are the owners of the following described land which constitut
portion of the lands known as the West Hills Subdivision:
The southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 4 of Block 3,
all of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 3, and that portion
of Lot 7 of Block 3 that lies east of the easterly
right of way line of Ridgeway Drive and westerly
of Lot 6 of Block 3 and northerly of the north
right of way line of Livingston Street as is
shown on the plat of record in Plat Book 5 at
Page 53, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cole
County, Missouri
