(a) A portion of Nelson Drive and Patton Lane as same
appears per plat of record of Hedgewood Heights (,Subdivision, in Plat Book No . 4 at Page 72, office
of Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Lot
No. 34, Block "N' of Hedgewood Heights Subdivision,
said point being 112.6 feet southeasterly of the
northeast corner of said Lot No. 34: thence in a
southerly and westerly direction and on a curve to
the right, having a radius of 40 .0 feet, to the
northerly line of Nelson Drive; thence in a
northeasterly direction along the northerly line
of Nelson Drive a distance of 45 .28 feet; thence
in a northerly direction and on a curve to the
left, having a radius of 15.0 feet, to the
southerly line of Patton Lane,, thence in a
northwesterly direction and along said southerly
line of Patton Lane a distance of 45.28 feet to
the point of beginning.
LCTION 2. The owner of all property adjacent to and abutting the
ibove described portion of public street right of way having
etitioned to the City Council to vacate and discontinue said area
s a part of a public thoroughfare, and said petition for vacation
;aving been referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for
is study and consideration,, and said Commission having recommended
hat said vacation be made, it is hereby declared that the above
"escribed portion of presently existing public street right of way
s forever vacated and discontinued as part of a public thoroughfare
ECTION 3. The right of reversion to the owner of the public

reet right of way described in Section 1 of this ordinance as
, he abutting and adjacent property owner or owners, is hereby fully
firmed and approved as is provided by the btatutes of the State of
issouri, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson
