Baker, Jr. /s/ City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 7081 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6838 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO HOUGH PARK AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 6838 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, elating to Hough Park be, and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The operation, management, supervision, control and government of the City Park designated and known as Hough Park, onsisting of the tract and parcel of land containing 50 acres, more or less, given and conveyed tothe City of Jefferson by the Hon. Arthur M. Hough, by deed dated August 30, 1917, and recorded in Book 45 at Page 468, Cole County Recorder' s Office, which said grant nd conveyance has been accepted by the City, shall be, and is hereby, vested in the Park Board of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. I ECTION 3. The Park Board of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, may ormulate and adopt rules and regulations for the operation, manag 6nt, supervision, control and use of said Park, consistent the terms and conditions of the instrument of conveyance and the ordinances of thi} city. SECTION 4. No beverage containing any quantity of alcohol shall be sed or drunk on said premises. ECTION 5. The Jefferson City Park Board shall, annually, establis schedule of fees for the use of any golf facilities in said Park nd said schedule of fees shall be submitted to the Mayor and City Council or their approval on or before the first day of July, 1961, and nnually, on or before the same date thereafter. Upon approval of he schedule of fees by the Mayor and the City Council, no person hall use the golf facilities within said park without first having aid the appropriate fees. ECTION 6, Anyone violting any of the terms of this Ordinance shall be eemed guilty of a misdemeanor. { ECTION 7.
