jjSECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, deems it expedient and necessary to vacate and discontinue
s a public alley, certain street right of way described as follows:
"A fifteen (15) foot alley, appearing on the plot
of East Elm Addition in Outlot 35 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of record in Plat Book 3, Page
19, Cole County Recorder's Office; said alley lying
between Dunklin Street on the south, and an east-
west alley on the north, and bounded on the east by
lots 1-7 inclusive, and on the west by lot 50 of
East Elm Addition."
SECTION 2. The owner of all property adjacent to the above describ d
public alley having petitioned the City Council to vacate and
discontinue said alley as a public thoroughfare, and said petition
having been referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for
consideration, and that Commission having recommended that .said
petition be granted and that said vacation be ordered, it is hereby
declared that the above described public alley right of way is
forever vacated and discontinued as a public alley right of way.
SECTION 3. The right of reversion to the owners of land abutting
said public right of way is hereby confirmed as provided by the
statutory laws of Missouri and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, are authorized and directed in the n
of the City to execute all documents necessary to completely confirlL
in the abutting property owners their rights of reversion in the land
vacated herewith.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
