E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOLUMRI,
S FOLLOWS: .
ECTION 1 It is hereby declared that the City Council of the City %if
efferson, Missouri, deems it necessary and expedient to vacate and
iscontinue that part of Jackson Street, more particularly described
s follows:
All that part of Jackson Street north of the
north line of State Street, bounded on the east by
the west line of Inlots 189 and 183 and on the west
by the east line of Inlots 182 and 176, and on the north
by the south line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
right-of-way."

s is provided by the Statutes of the State of Missouri, is hereby
ully confirmed and approved, and the Mayor of this City is hereby
thorized and directed to execute and deliver all proper and
sufficient writing, or writings for, on behalf of, or in the name
of the City to fully and completely establish and guarantee to the
adjacent and abutting property owners their legal rights in connecti n
41ith the above vacation.
. EECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
