AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,, CHANGING, AMENDING
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI., AS
INCORPORATED INTO ORDINANCE NO. 5880 BY REZONING CERTAIN SPECIFI
DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM A DISTR-TCT 'IV' MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT T(
A DISTRICT "I" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, was
petitioned in writing for the rezoning of the land specifically
described hereinafter from its present district 'IV' Multiple
Dwelling District to a District "I" Light Industrial District,, and
PHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
referred said petition for rezoning to the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
]WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the. City of Jeffersorl,
4issouri, after notice and hearing to all interested parties and
ippropriate study and consideration did recommend to the City Counci
)f the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that the land specifically
Idescribed hereinafter be rezoned as petitioned, and
4HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, by
ind through its City Clerk has caused a notice of hearing for the
.. .... purpose of rezoning to be published three consecutive days in a
Mewspaper of general circulation within the City of Jefferson,
qssouri, the last day of publication having been more than fifteen
'15) days preceding the date of the hearing by the City Council,
Pherein such notice of rezoning all interested persons were requestei
:o appear before the City Council at the time and place specified
:herein for the purpose of attending a public hearing and expressing
:heir views in support of or in opposition to the recommendation of
he Planning and Zoning Commission, and
4HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, has
:onducted said hearing and heard the views of all persons expressing
in interest in the rezoning of the land hereinafter described,

ncorporated into Ordinance No. 5880 of the City, is hereby amended
hanged and modified to reflect the rezoning of the following descried
