THOENEN AND EMYff M. THOENEN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFMSON, MISSOLN9 AS F0LWWS: Section 1. Joseph 19 Thoenen and Evelyn Me Thoenen, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri., having submitted to the Council for its approval a plat of said real estate, as shown on the attached plat and more particularly described as follows: "Part of Lot No. 2 and Part of Lot No. 3 of Swift and Thompson's Subdivision of the Northemst quarter of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West in the City of Jefferson, Y&ssouri, as per plat of re- cord in Plat Book 1 at Page 9, Cole County Recorder's Office, and part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14y Township 44 North, Range 12, all in Cole County, Missouri, described as: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of said Lot No. 3 which is 473 feet North of the Southwest corner of Toot Noe 4 of Swift and Thompson's Subdivision; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 33, 150 feet, thence South parallel with the West line thereof, 8 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of Lot No. 3, to a point 165 feet Westerly of the Fast line thereof; thence Northerly parallel to said East line, 100 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South line thereof, 150 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of Lots Nos. 3 and 2, to the North line of Lot No. 2; thence Westerly along said North line of Lot No. 2, to the Northwest corner thereof; thence N 4 de- grees and 24 minutes W, along the Section Line, 15907 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 1, Block 1 of Linhardt and Riesling Subdivision; thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot Noe 1 1O9o0 feet to the Easterly line of a public road; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said public road, 484.12 feet; -thence Easterly, parallel to the South line of Lot Noe 3 of Swift and Thompson's Subdivision, 47.6 feet to the point of beginning." as shown on the attached plat and made a part of this ordinance, all of which land described on said plat is within the corporate limits of the City of Jef- ferson., Missouri, and it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision, that all taxes on the land described therein have been paid, and that in all respects the require- ments of Chapter 445 R.S. Moo 1959 entitled "Plats" and the ordinance of the City of Jefferson, 1.1issouri, have been fully complied with by the owners of said Subdivision, now therefore: M The Plat of said Joseph L. Thoenen and Evelyn M. Thoenen# known and referred to as a replat of Part of Lots 2 and 3 of Svdit and Thompson's Subdivisions ly- ing and being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson# Mf.ssouri# as shown by the Plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinancet is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson# Missouri# and the Mayor of said City., and the City Clerk of said City., after passage and approval of this ordinance., is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said Plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson., Missouri.
