AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
FROM PERMITTING THE SAME TO BE OPERATED IN A NORTHERLY
DIRECTION ON MARSHALL STREET BETWEEN MCCARTY STREET AND
CAPITOL AVENUE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURIa AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be operated in a
northerly direction on Marshall Street between McCarty Street
and Capitol Avenue.
Section 2. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance
® shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
