ORDINANCE NO. 7112
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6927 OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON$ MISSOURI, REQUIRING MOTOR VEHICLES BEING OPERATED
ON BROADWAY STREET TO BE BROUGHT TO A FULL STOP BEFORE
ENTERING THE INTERSECTION OF BROADWAY STREET AND ELM STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6927 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , requiring motor vehicles being operated on
Broadway Street to be brought to a full stop before entering
the intersection of Broadway Street and Elm Street be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval and the
official dedication of the Highways 50, 54 and 63 Expressway
in Jefferson City, Missouri.
